Hallohallo
I never used this card, but I'd say you can, since there are no restrictions stated that you can't Pendulum Summon using your own Pendulum scales. Oh right. You can Pendulum Summon once per turn.
Blake
You cannot Pendulum Summon twice in a turn. Also, this belongs in the rulings thread, so use that from now on.
evilfusion
You can only perform 1 Pendulum Summon a turn. That's an inherent rule of the Summon mechanic. It doesn't matter whose Scale numbers you're using.
玄魔の王
Just a quick reminder: do you need to control your own Scales to use this?
evilfusion
Just a quick reminder: do you need to control your own Scales to use this? Based on wording, no. You only need to target their 2 Pendulum cards, and it says "Pendulum Summon using their Scales". So you're literally just Pendulum Summoning (from Extra) using their Pendulum cards. This means you're subject to the same rules of their Scales, so you can't Pendulum Summon non-Qlis or something if they're using Qliphorts. UltimateIRS
So you're literally just Pendulum Summoning (from Extra) using their Pendulum cards. This means you're subject to the same rules of their Scales, so you can't Pendulum Summon non-Qlis or something if they're using Qliphorts. Why would it mean that? You don't control the cards, therefore you don't apply the effects.

The Scales are an immaterial number associated with the Pendulum Cards in their zones.

I ask because I remember one translation implied you did have to have 2 cards in your own Pendulum Zone, before the TCG one came out.
evilfusion
Ahh, you could be right on that. I tend to think the word "Scales" as the Pendulum Cards themselves, not the numbers.
