"Hello my children! Welcome to Divination! Here you will learn the art that still facinatates the world! You my boy-" She looked at Sario. "You will face many troubles this year," she continued in her dreamy voice. "Today we will learn the art of Tea Leave Reading. Only those who possess the Inner Eye will do well in this class. Books are not going to help in Divination. You will work in pairs with the person sitting opposite you. Oh, and you-" She looked at a worried boy. "When you break your first cup, please take a blue teapot, I'm rather fond of pink..."

Sario looked apalled at his very short, and random, he though, prediction. "Alright, first day in this class and already bad news...." He finished with his teacup and waited for Cydonia to finish hers. "It's just tea-leaves, you don't have to be proper." He smiled and then quickly drank and then they both exchanged cups. And turned to the correct paged in their books.

-"Wow, I never thought this class was this hard. You have a love symbole, atleast that's what the book says it is." Cydonia examined and then smiled and pressed her finger against her lips. "I wonder who that would be refering too." She laughed. "But you also have a very strange symbole that isn't in the book at all."

-"Really? Let me see." Sario took the cup and examined it. "Strange, you have the same exact symboles as I do...." He called for the professor, "Um, professor, can you help us withthis one symbole? It isn't in the book."

Professor Trelawney walked over to their table and picked up the cup. She then jumped back and dropped it (it didn't smash), she paled and looked extremely frightened.

"What is it Professor?" Asked Sario.

"My dear people... both of you... have, the Grim..." she said dramacticly.

Icarus lazed around in his house common roo, when there was a sharp crack, and the daily notices appeared on the dorm notice board. He slouched over disinterestedly, then perked up immediately when he spotted a jaunty notice emblazoned in proud letters. He called to Sasha and Bennet, two of his best friends in the school, and, with Sasha, perhaps slightly more than friends.

He gestured at the poster.

"Look at this!"

To commemorate Sanctity Day, there will be an honorary duel tournament between students of the 3rd form and above, held in two weeks time. Contact your Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher for more information.

Sanctity Day was the date Voldemort the Dark Lord had died, 19 years ago, and was now a famous and celebrated date.

"Well, what do you think? I'm going to enter."

"What with your staff? Pfft. We could beat you with our wands any day." Bennet replied cheekily.

"I think you'd do very well..." said Sasha, smiling at him.

Icarus almost blushed, but managed to stay calm and smile back.

"Oh. I see. I'll just leave you two to it, then, shall I?" Bennet teased.

"To what?" Icarus replied innocently, putting his arm round Sasha's shoulders.

"Oh, yes. Play it down. You're just a firstie at heart still." Bennet laughed.

"Oh no!" Icarus suddenly said.

"What is it?" said Sasha, looking at him.

"The firsties... I'm meant to be helping out Trelawny in Divination! See ya!" Icarus ran off swiftly, heading out of the common room.

"That old bat." muttered Bennet darkly. "The only thing she can see is the money the Headmistress pays her to teach. I mean, anyone can do dark mutterings."

He suddenly stopped and tottered around.

"You are going to die in 3 days by being crushed by a mouse. I see the lightning bolt, the tower, and... the Grim!"

Sasha laughed absent-mindedly. It was quite an accurate impression, but she was thinking of Icarus more than anything else at the moment.

***

Icarus quietly opened the door into the Divination class. Why had he decided to help Trelawny? Firenze was a better teacher, and a lot more fun... hopefully if he sneaked in they wouldn't notice he was late...

*smash*

A nervous looking boy dropped a teacup, and Trelawny waved him in the direction of the shelf.

"Don't forget to take the blue one! Now, why are you late, Agellos?"

"Uh, I lost track of the time..."

"Well, I'll let you go this once." She turned to face the class. "This is Icarus de Agellos, and he'll be assisting us every secod lesson. Please introduce yourselves in an orderly manner."

Sario nodded and said "I'm Sario Ojima, this is Cydonia Crystal. Professor Trelawney here was just telling we were gonna die sometime this year, maybe she can tell us when so we can prepare for when it doesn't come." He caughed out his second to the last word in his sentence and the entire class laughed.

"Alright, well. Then..." The bell rang, and Sario and Cydonia happily left for their first Dueling Class. "Alright, can you believe that? Cracked-out mental if you ask me."

-"Yea really. I mean, what the bloody hell was that all about?" Cydonia laughed has she thought about their deathes together. "Maybe we'll die of spattergroit." They both laughed.

-"Or maybe we'll die in our next class, it's Dueling. That should be fun, there are two teachers in there, Baron and Gorre. Sounds like fun. Let's go.." And they both walked down to the dungeons and entered the class room. But Professor Gorre was not there yet. The only one there was Professor Baron

Sario looked at Roscuro..."Oh, well. It was wierd. Trelawney already said me and Cydonia were gonna die someday. I wish This class would start already...I'm really anxious about this class. Where is Professor Gorre?"

OOC: The spider's name is Aragog, and he's dead already. He died in the 6th book

"Well, I know. But she meant sometime this year. Oh well, as long as we don't die before Exams, or else McGonigall will kill.. Wait, nevermind that." They all laughed, then Professor Gorre walked into the room.

-"Sorry I'm late, I was busy with the Headmistress. Alright, now. First of all, Welcome to Dueling Class. I am Professor Gorre, me and Professor Baron over here were already talking about your first lesson, and we agree to start with introduction. Now everyone stand in a line. And I will ask you to say your name and show me your wand and then I'll ask you to cast your favorite 2, notice I said two, your two favorite Spells." Everyone stood in a single line at the front, Gorre braught out a Dummy with a tagret on the front.

Sario and Cydonia took there places at the end of the line. So that Sario could go last and Roscuro, Katey, and Sam were at the front.

Icarus was not pleased. He didn't like disrespectful people. He'd always viewed Gryffindors as fairly polite. He was going to have a word with this... Sario. Insolence just wasn't on.

Next to him, Trelawny sighed.

"I know they all mock the Inner Eye... but it would be nice if they weren't so blatant about it. The Inner Eye is far more powerful than they could ever imagine..."

Personally, Icarus thought divination was a load of rubbish, although he had the decency not to show it to Trelawny.

"Off you go, boy."

Icarus wandered off, staff held high. He'd have to find his D.A.D teacher, and ask about this Duel Tournament, but first, he'd go see Sasha and Bennet. The Year 6's lessons didn't start for another few days anyway, so they were on free period.

"um my name is Roscuro and i don't use a wand, I'm a shaman and therefore never needs one as my spell arm has the same capabilities as a wand except i don't have to do any waving, any way on to casting spell" turns to dummy and raises arm "Infernus paralis" suddenly Roscuros arm glows with blue fire just before a tounge of grey fire burst out of his hand and hits the dummy who appears unharmed "while the spell does not injure it paralisis you're foe's arms for 15 minutes and next we have this 'demonic swarmistia'" point arm at ground, blue fire again on arm, suddenly a black portal thing appears where Roscuro is standing and out of it comes hndreds of black termites who swarm the puppet and devour it and the termites disapear " that spell summons nightmare loctuses (as badly named as fire crabs who are fire breathing turtles) it swarms a designated target or targets and devours everything that is not alive or is clothes, but it will eat everything in the clothes pocket, luckily they never attack anything they weren't directed to attack".

Prof. Barons didn't flinch at Roscuro's spell. "Good, now let's be a bit more careful, shall we?" he said. "You must keep your mind focused when attempting 'demonic swarmstica', as if you don't, you will not be telling the termites what to attack, and they will eat whatever is closest. Don't get too cocky." Prof. Barons wasn't one to be easily impressed. "Who's next in the line? Katey, isn't it?"
