mshends
Continuous Trap CardActivate by targeting 1 Dragon-Type monster you control with 2500 or less ATK and DEF.(1) Neither player can Special Summon monsters whose ATK is lower than or equal to the target’s original ATK.(2) When that monster leaves the field, destroy this card. Flash Flyer - Sakura
So, basically a Vanity's Emptiness for dragons, then, except limited to stuff lower than Stardust/Clear Wing's power level for the most part and only dies when the source monster is gone.Hmm... (GigaDrillBreaker)
This stays on board if the target is used as xyz material. Target REBD.Overlay for REFMD. ????? Profit
CLG Klavier
This stays on board if the target is used as xyz material.Target REBD.Overlay for REFMD.?????ProfitPretty sure it doesn't work at this point because this kind of card checks for the target's ATK continuously. If it gets removed from the field, it can no longer check for it, so effect ends up doing nothing.

heraldry_lord
Stardust Spark + this could be neat. Also interesting Seiyaryu shout-out.

Yemachu
Use any type of card that temporarily lowers the stats of one of your beloved dragons, so that it is below the 2500 mark ("Shrink" and "Half Shut" for example). That way you can target the monster, while its original ATK can be as high as 5000. This card however has the issue that it also gains any 'weaknesses' the targeted monster might have. Other than that, it is a decent card I suppose.
Toffee.
Konami, stop fapping to Dragons plz :^) oh hey, I wasn't the only one who noticed it was Seiyaryu.I think we all noticed it. Still, it's cute how they used that card for This card's pic, when the former is quite old.

beer2
Well... I think there could be a chance of Disaster Dragon coming back thanks to this card for the fun of it. Probably want to throw in a Starlight Road in case of Masked Hero Acid or Raigeki disrupting the plays.
玄魔の王
Best candidate for this thing is Red Wyvern, since it can instantly blow up anything that has more ATK.

Though I think something woth a spell/trap protection effect would be better. Shame that Red Eyes Flare Metal Dragon cant work with this.

Blake
I feel like this will be semi-generically relevant sometime in the nearish future. For example, Harpies could easily play this. Queen Dragun Djinn, DRXD, HPD, and so on. Any deck that can R4 can use it, as DRXD exists. EEV saw similar usage in this way, with Crazy Box, though this has the drawback of being extremely vulnerable. It's a monster and a S/T, and monster removal costs you a funk ton. Althemia
I can see a lot of decks that have access to Level 8 Synchros in an easyish manner teching this in just because of Stardust Spark. Card seems nuts if you can get it to work on the right target.
Progenitor
Dragunities, most rank 4 decks, Red eyes, Harpies, Nekroz of Catastor, Synchro decks that can pump out level 8s....I suppose you can use it on Odd-eyes Meteorburst in Pendulum synchro decks...anything else of note? (GigaDrillBreaker)
Just occurred to me this might be useful in traditional rulers. Azure Eyes, Tempest, REBD if you run it, Stardust Spark, etc. Oppression is likely still better, but lack of the tax on life makes a pretty big difference, considering Dimension Fusion costs 2000 LP and CED costs 1000. I doubt I am onto something, but I may as well test it out. The combo with Spark is pretty awesome as well, and DRXD makes it accessible.
Mugendramon
Moonlight Rose is clearly best target.
