Advantage Seraph Gadget Turbo. Back to ygo after a year

Hi all just got back to ygo after more than a year... I guess it hasn't changed for the worse because to be honest Elemental Dragons were way more OP than any of the decks right now imo.

here's a deck I've just built,

Not sure if anyone did a similar concept but this is the deck style I prefer.

  • Very consistent 1st turn lockdowns and able to turn the tables easily, has many plays due to the double summoning & Instant fusion. 1st turn play into a Ptolemaeus is actually just as strong as a Cydra, but this deck can get both Cydra & Ptole out in turn one.
  • It is also centred around getting as many pluses possible every single turn. Can easily get more than +5 in one turn, sometimes i've had free Cyber Dragon infinity on the board with my hand size still at 5 going first.
  • Why gadgets is because I think they have the most synergy with the Seraphs, cards like Photon Thrasher, Kagetokage, Double Summoning benefits both archetypes. And double summoning into a gadget offsets the card disadvantage from Double summoning, so it works well together with scepter.

Might have missed some great cards since I've been away - so advice appreciated.

One of my fav starting combos:

1. [YGOCARD]Summoner Monk[/YGOCARD] into Scepter, summon Chair from hand.
2. Go into Cydra Infinity
3. [YGOCARD]Instant Fusion[/YGOCARD] and make a Ptolemaeus, and in EP attach so it can go into an array of rank5s to counter your opponent's turn.

Alternatively with only Monk & [YGOCARD]Instant Fusion[/YGOCARD] in hand can go into King of Feral Imps to detach Scepter, and [YGOCARD]Instant Fusion[/YGOCARD] Noden to call Scepter for the searched Chair's eff to make Cydra

Trade the thrashers and maybe a Cyclone or an Instant Fusion for Assault Halberds. They're basically what happens when Thrasher and Gadgets have a baby.

Hmm thanks I like replies like this. I;ve seen this card around but the glaring weakness is that it doesn't work going first, or if the opponent doesn't have a monster. It's like a tefnuit. Otherwise I would have put it in, in the blink of an eye :O
