(GigaDrillBreaker)
Just found this list I made several months ago. I am proud of myself for some of these 2 and 3-ofs. Any advice would be awesome. Creatures: 15x2 Birds of Paradisex4 Bloodbraid Elfx2 Dark Confidantx3 Snapcaster Magex3 Tarmogoyfx1 Vendillion Clique Instants: 14x2 Abrupt Decayx4 Brainstormx4 Force of Willx4 Lightning Bolt Sorceries: 6x3 Guided Passagex3 Tribal Flames Enchantments: 1x1 Sylvan Library Planeswalkers: 2x2 Jace, the Mind Sculptor Lands: 22x1 Badlandsx1 Bayoux1 Forestx2 Islandx3 Misty Rainforestx1 Mountainx4 Scalding Tarnx1 Swampx2 Taigax2 Tropical Islandx1 Tundrax1 Underground Seax2 Volcanic Island Tappedout link First thought looking at this after time has passed is that it would be cool to ad 2-3 more white sources (tundra is just to make tribal flames better) and toss in Path to Exile (Swords conflicts with the burn too heavily). Any other advice for this would be greatly appreciated.
Simping For Hina
I honestly love the fact that this is wasteland heavy in targets, but also almost invulnerable against it, too. That is fantastic deck builing in and of itself!
(GigaDrillBreaker)
By invulnerable, do you mean the fact that the high draw power makes it really difficult to miss land drops?
Simping For Hina
Not just that. The selection of lands in numbers and how hitting a specific land doesn't stop everything, and could also be a horrible decision if they hit the wrong land. It is the inclusion of cards that you have, while also being that mana costs don't have to much of an overlap with other cards, except for minor instances. That is something that people never get right, and you might not of, but I think this is a great basis for such an idea.
(GigaDrillBreaker)
Oh, awesome. If I recall correctly, I modified the landbase from a Guided Passage deck from around 2007 or something to incorporate black. There is only 1 plains in the deck, but since its only utility is domain, it being hit by Wasteland isn't the biggest loss.
Simping For Hina
This is definitely a numbers deck, and that is why it is hard to properly evaluate but I just have mad respect for your land base making this deck in a Waste/Port metgame, and it doesn't lose right off of the back to those cards.
