Flash Flyer - Sakura Posted September 1, 2015 Report Share Posted September 1, 2015 How exactly does a Virus Pendulum work?Given the card so far, it doesn't appear to do anything that a regular Pendulum isn't already capable of. As-is, it punishes the opponent from Pendulum Summoning; or at least makes them lose their board for a while if they go nuts.However, it also causes you sizable burn if a monster loses all of their ATK/DEF because of this effect. Keep in mind that if they opt to Pendulum Summon again via the Extra Deck, their monsters blow up again but the damage still comes. -------------In most cases, it'll land up killing you unless you have cards that can deal with the mass burn.
