Mutant Monster RAEG-HAPYP
http://www.cnn.com/2015/08/30/us/eye-contact-traffic-stop-ohio-police-officer/index.html Traffic violation? Alright. But, since when is "direct eye contact" with an officer a reason to pull someone over? This only furthers the rift between police and the community which is already a pretty large rift in America.

Slinky
It really is hilarious. I mean, the black guy clearly didn't signal enough, so that part is legit, but c'mon. pulling him over for "direct eye contact". like... just.. lol... Dad
And yet we're still in wonder as to why most brothers don't like police officers. It really is hilarious. I mean, the black guy clearly didn't signal enough, so that part is legit, but c'mon. pulling him over for "direct eye contact". like... just.. lol... Clearly? Clearly what? We don't have footage of anything prior to this guy getting pulled over. So no, we don't know he didn't "signal enough".
Slinky
During the stop the Officer additionally acknowledged that Mr. Felton made sustained direct eye contact prior to being stopped. The traffic infraction was verified by the video
Dad
No. No, no, no. You're talking about a bunch of hear-say. We can't verify a God damn thing with this video. Just because this officer said "100 feet prior" doesn't mean it actually happened. And right now, I don't see police video. So no, nothing is clear. Flame Dragon
The reason why something like "sustained eye contact" would be a flag for a cop is because if someone is doing something illegal they might very well do that. Not saying it counts for a ton, but it could lead an officer to believe the person is doing something suspicious.
The Amazing Avian
A local cop pulled a guy over for the same reason and found a bunch of coke. The powder not the drink. It looks suspicious enough to be considered probable cause by some people.
