[MTG] New Mulligan Rule

I'm quite excited for this change. How much testing did they do for eternal formats? Does anyone know? Back with an older mulligan rule combo decks could play as few lands as possible and get away with it since the rule allowed free mulls if your hand had no land or all land. I feel like combo decks could abuse this new mull rule, not as much as that old rule but a free scry is a powerful tool for any kind of fast combo deck.

I'm worried for the same reason. Commentators did say that combo decks were benefiting inordinately.

If memory serves a lot of people were saying the UR Artifact and Mono Red burn decks really got a boon from the scry so I'd assume it will have a pretty powerful effect on older formats.
