This one will be my next. Originally going to make an original archetype but i was having troubles with names. Figured the name is cool so decided to turn it into prompt for this.

Ironflesh are EARTH Fiend Flip monsters that has an on Normal Summon effect then when attacked immediately changes the attacker and the monster to face down. Their Flip effects are usually a version of their Normal Summon effect to keep the effects rolling and activating. Spell Cards allows a stackable Normal Summon in the expense of not being able to SS non-facedown monsters. Traps revives at the cost of returning a faceup Ironflesh which is nice for reusing an Ironflesh NS

Vile Phalanx

DARK Fiends that act like a cross between Morphtronics and Hierartics- they Special Summon themselves by Tributing the same number of monsters you'd need to Tribute Summon, and they have effects that change depending on their battle position. Interestingly, they're good at both OTKs and lock tactics- in Defense Position, they boost the attackers and give them devastating battle effects; in Attack Position, they shut off your opponent's options bit by bit. In a sense, they're a lot like a real phalanx- the ideal formation for them includes blockers and attackers.

I want to start working on this, and I have a basic idea or two, but I have no cardmaking mojo right now.

Sunbeast is an Archetype focused on LIGHT Beast-Type monsters that have a sun motif somewhere on their bodies. They focus on suppression tactics, although most of their members are Level 5 and 6, so Stormforth support is necessary.

[spoiler=Sunbeast]

Sunbeast Kika

Level 5 | LIGHT | Beast | Effect

(1) Monsters Summoned to your opponent's field cannot activate their effects the turn they are Summoned.

2200/1400

Sunbeast Lāpaki

Level 5 | LIGHT | Beast | Effect

(1) If your opponent controls a monster and you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand).

(2) Monsters your opponent controls cannot declare an attack the turn they are Summoned.

2100/1600

Sunbeast Liona

Level 5 | LIGHT | Beast | Effect

(1) Your opponent must Set Spell/Trap Cards, and cannot activate them until their next turn.

2200/1500

Sunbeast Kākela

Level 3 | LIGHT | Beast | Effect

You can only use each effect of "Sunbeast Kākela" once per turn. (1) If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can add 1 "Sunbeast" card from your Deck to your hand. (2) If this card is in your Graveyard: You can send 1 "Sunbeast" monster in your hand to the Graveyard; Special Summon it.

800/1000

Sunbeast Kia

Level 5 | LIGHT | Beast | Effect

You can only use the (1) effect of "Sunbeast Kia" once per turn. (1) If you control a Level 5 "Sunbeast" monster, except "Sunbeast Kia", you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). (2) Your opponent can only Special Summon 1 monster per turn.

2000/1500

Sunbeast Lio

Level 5 | LIGHT | Beast | Effect

(1) Banish any monsters destroyed in battle with "Sunbeast" monsters you control. (2) When this card is destroyed: Special Summon 1 "Sunbeast" monster from your hand or Graveyard, except "Sunbeast Lio".

2100/1200

Sunbeast ʻĪliohae

Level 6 | LIGHT | Beast | Effect

You can only activate the (3) effect of "Sunbeast ʻĪliohae" once per turn. (1) The effects of monsters in your opponent's possession are negated. (2) "Sunbeast" monsters you control gain 100 ATK and DEF for every "Sunbeast" card you control and in your Graveyard. (3) If this card is destroyed: You can Special Summon 1 Level 5 or lower "Sunbeast" monster (from your Graveyard).

2400/2000

Sunbeast Unleash

Spell | Field

You can only use the (2) effect of "Sunbeast Unleash" once per turn. (1) Each turn, 1 Level 5 or higher "Sunbeast" monster you Normal Summon can be Summoned without Tributing. (2) During either player's turn, if a card or effect is activated: You can send 1 "Sunbeast" monster you control or in your hand to the Graveyard; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it.

Sunbeast Mayhem

Trap | Normal

(1) Pay 1000 LP; Special Summon 1 "Sunbeast" monster (from your hand or Deck).

[spoiler=Flavor/design notes]

First three members and the Traps were the originals from mid/late 2015; rest is added on now. Their names are derived from Hawaiian words for the respective animal.

Kika = tiger

Lāpaki = rabbit

Liona = lion (yeah, it's pretty much "lion" with the "a" on the end, due to how our orthography works; words must ALWAYS end with a vowel)

Kākela = gazelle/antelope (I think I took the latter, but yeah)

Kia = deer (standard one; if I wanted to make it a reindeer, then it'd be Leinekia)

Lio = horse

ʻĪliohae = wolf (ʻĪlio itself means dog)

I need to add these because most members here don't understand our orthography/language (maybe Icy would know since he lives not that far from where I am), but there will be some members who disrespect it.

I'll post these later, but yeah this WAS an AGM prompt from the early days. (Top of page 8)

Unsure of the Graveyard effect wording

[spoiler=thing]

Book of the Ironflesh

Spell / Quick-Play

Target 1 face-up “Ironflesh” monster you control: Change it to face-down Defense Position, then immediately, after this card resolves, flip it to face-up Attack Position. During your Main Phase 1: You can banish this card in your Graveyard; gain an additional Normal Summon this turn (stacks with other “Ironflesh” cards.) but you cannot Special Summon monsters from the hand or Deck for the rest of the turn. You can only use this effect of “Book of the Ironflesh” once per turn.

I was thinking more like this: "If there are no face-up cards in your Spell/Trap Card Zones, you can Summon this card as a monster (LIGHT/Fairy-Type/Level ?/? ATK/? DEF). If Summoned this way, this card is not treated as a Spell Card."

I actually done something similar http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/354855-the-st☆rs-align-starrune-the-big-dipperplough/

Can't it work like the first part of it's effect is worded? "Immediately after this effect resolves, Normal Summon 1 monster." Is stacking Normal Summons necessary? If it is though, I might suggest wording it something like: "... (You can only gain this effect from "Ironflesh" cards this turn).", maybe?

Edit: Also, I'ma do "Yeti" from page 22. Normally, I try to avoid doing my own prompts, but I liked this one a lot.

The stacking is in the prompt. I went with something like this, (You can only gain this effect once per turn, except with “Ironflesh” card effects.)

Edit: Im on mobile right now but just wanna say I'm almost done with Ironflesh (1 more trap card and its set) and I just wanna say I'll be taking Programmers (prompt on previous page) after Ironflesh is done and posted (which should be done later if not tomorrow) Although I'm kind of having a hard time with the name "Programmer". Is it okay to rename it to Programic?

So, as a side project, I've taken on "Mirroracle", essentially our own Nekroz/Malefics. This will be equivalents of one monster from each Yu-Gi-Oh series, and one archetype from each AGM member, as its members (for a grand total of 13 monsters).

So, feel free to pick one monster you've created that's Level 11 or below, or Rank 6 or lower, to get a duplicate in the form of a Mirroracle.

[spoiler=The Card]Hive Harvester - Absolute Queen

EARTH - Level 11 - Insect/Effect - 2600/2600

Monster Effect: Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing 3 face-up Insect-Type Xyz Monsters you control, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. If you Special Summon this card: You can add 2 Pendulum Monsters in your Graveyard to your hand, but they cannot be Summoned or activated this turn. Negate the effects all face-up monsters, except Insect-Type monsters. Unaffected by cards and effects, except “Hive Harvester” cards and their effects. Cannot be Tributed. All Pendulum Cards that would go to the Graveyard are placed face-up in the Extra Deck instead. During each of your Standby Phases: This card gains ATK equal to the number of face-up Insect-type monsters on the field x 200.

Does that work?

Okay, here's the thematics:

Mirroracles are Ritual copies of existing monsters with similar effects, swapped ATK and DEF, and their Level is essentially either the Level of the copied monster +1 or the Rank of the copied monster x2. Generally, their effects are battle or ATK based.

The Konami monsters copied are Dark Flare Knight (now Level 7, 800/2200), Destiny HERO Plasma (now 11, 600/1900), RDA (9, 2000/3000), Ragnazero (8, 1200/2400), and Blaze Falcon (10, 2000/1000).

If you were talking about Successors, we are our present Levels (I'm a Level 5, for example), our favorite Types and Attributes, and our effects correlate to our design style.

Scathach (Shadowy)
DARK monsters of various types and Levels, however they cluster at 2, 3, 5, and 8. Their main gimmick is one that makes playing Chaos ridiculously easy- if there's a LIGHT monster on the field at all, you can Special Summon these shadows from your hand at will. In addition, a lot of them have some variety of searching or ability to return members in your Graveyard or Banished Zone to your hand. Most importantly, they're primarily Xyz based, but due to the Tuners they have they can Synchro just as easily. While their stats aren't that great, it's rarely an issue due to the fact that the Main Deck monsters can only battle LIGHT monsters- if your opponent has none, both players are able to attack directly.

[spoiler=Show]

fkjJFtF.jpg

LORE:While there is a face-up LIGHT monster on the field: You can Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn: You can pay banish the top card of your Deck; add 1 "Scathach" monster with a different name from your Graveyard to your hand. Cannot declare an attack on your opponent's face-up monsters, except LIGHT monsters. If there are no face-up LIGHT monsters on the field, you and your opponent's monsters can attack directly.

I intend to make more this weekend.

GUESS WHO'S BACK! (BACK, BACK)

BACK AGAIN!

That's right, I'm back, and getting ready to put together

NUMERIX HUNTERS

An alternate-universe adventure in the style of ZeXal, but using our cards instead! Will it have a plot? YES! Will it take advantage of classical Yu-Gi-Oh! sterotypes? YES! Will it be a train wreck? ABSO-funking-LUTELY! But it's gonna be AWESOOOOOOOOOOME!

So yeah, I'm gonna put together the OOC thread like right now.

(Made some slight mods after looking them over, but yeah; they're up and fair game for the Numerix RP).

Ah right, and Champion, you're up next for the Sclera Guild stuff. (I still need to do 102 and definitely finish RI-ON). I have a new Numerix coming (reserving slot #92), but looking for an appropriate image and deciding on effect.
