Okay so I'm not really very well caught up on the Fortune Ladys but I did think they were pretty nifty in the anime, it's a shame they were never given a great deal of support. Honestly based on the lack of useless support I think that this card could stand to be stronger. I would go as far as changing it to something like

 

Fortune Lady Veil

Continuous Spell

While this card remains Face-up on the field no 'Fortune Lady' can be targeted by your opponents card effects.

 

If you really wanted a quick play I think I would go in this direction

Quick play Spell

During the turn this card is activated; no 'Fortune Lady' monsters you control can be destroyed in battle or targeted by card effects.

 

It may seem a little strong but given what it's protecting and the  speed and power of other decks, I really don't think it's overpowered.

As a former Fortune Lady user myself, I must say that this will be a very good support card for the ladies, given that the effect is already very generic and efficient in any angle that we'd try to view it. 

 

This card would go very well together with Darky as it would give the ladies a better chance of conducting successful battle phases, however, this is just too  for a fortune lady who likes the "hit-and-run" play style, Thus here are the few things that I would like to recommend:

 

1. add a cost; a cost that could possibly include banishing (your), discarding, or returning banished cards to the graveyard etc, this way the essence of being a fortune lady card is present in this particular card.

    

          -you can also make the cost something that can trigger the effects of the staple Ladies, like fortune lady light, who is the main engine of the deck.

 

2. I would have to agree on this comment by Deathdragonv2, but with a bit of modification.

During the turn this card is activated;  'Fortune Lady' monsters you control are unaffected by your opponent's card effects.

 

That way, the fortune ladies can still be destroyed by battle (because balance) and your card effects will be able to stack up to your ladies.
