Lightsworn Quasar Turbo: What kills you makes you stronger

I've been messing around with this deck for a fair amount of time, and feel that it's become consistent, but I'd still like some advice on how to make it more consistent/fast.

The deck is skillful, and extremely explosive if it opens with enough draw/dump power, and is more than capable of making Quasar 1st turn.

Lumina, Lightsworn Summoner: The best Lightsworn, as it lets you discard millables for additional field advantage.

Raiden, Hand of the Lightsworn: L4 Tuner that mills during the main phase = Awesome :).

Lyla, Lightsworn Sorceress: She gets rid of backrow, is L4... and... well... is a Lightsworn.

Minerva, Lightsworn Maiden: Makes the deck a bit faster by milling upon its dumping, and is an L3 tuner, which can be helpful for Sync 6-Level Eater Plays.

Wulf, Lightsworn Beast: A good dumpable that provides free field advantage, that also happens to have 'Lightsworn' in it's name...

Mathematician: Foolish on legs. Makes the deck more consistent by being a reliable version of Raiden, although it sadly isn't a Lightsworn.

Jet Synchron: L1 version of Plaguespreader that dumps instead of topdecking. Really handy for making Formula Synchron.

Level Eater: So much plus... Need I explain this. The best L1 non-tuner for this kind of deck.

Plaguespreader Zombie: Lots of the guys I summon often are L3, so this helps make Sync 5s, which are vital in most Quasar Turbo decks.

Dandylion: Spawns two L1 non-tuners, and is a plant! Would probably run a second one if I could.

Glow-up Bulb: Amazing L1 tuner that works in tandem with Plaguespreader, and is a plant for Spore.

Spore: Yet another self reviving tuner. Requires plants to summon itself, but those aren't too hard to come by, thanks to the insane dumping power this deck has.

Solar Recharge: Amazing +0 draw power that also fills up the graveyard.

Charge of the Light Brigade: Searches for any Lightsworn while filling up the graveyard. Would run a third if I could.

Instant Fusion: AMAZING card with Noden, and makes Quasar considerably easier.

Soul Charge: If you have this in hand and a decent graveyard, you'll make Quasar for sure.

One for One: Toolboxes and grants field advantage. would run 2-3 if I could.

Foolish Burial: Very useful sometimes, and can provide the one combo piece you might be needing.

Raigeki: Might seem unneeded, but one of this deck's few maindecked outs to floodgate monsters.

Galaxy Cyclone: MST for mill decks, and helps against backrow spam decks/floodgates.

Hand Destruction: Because dumping to draw is awesome. Really speeds up the deck, and doesn't really minus, considering all the self reviving cards.

Upstart Goblin: Pretty bad in LS, but you sadly need it for increased speed/consistency.

Will post Extra/Side deck soon.
