BURGESSTOMA

All of these cards mill the deck hard and fast to get your traps into the grave for easy activation.

Card Blocker is the one that is least likely to go off, whereas both Monster Gate and Reasoning have a large reward but comes at a high risk as you'll be milling most of your deck in the process and as such, milling stuff you don't want to mill..

Trooper nets you draws when killed and Kuribandit adds them to your hand.

Needlebug Nest is probably the best one however, as it also triggers the ones in your grave.

Alternatively, you can also use a Galaxy Worm --> Dante play, or an ROTA + Raiden engine

I do think at the very least Kuribandit and possibly reasoning will become staples, but you do have to remember that they only spam themselves when you activate a trap card on the field, and so you need to have a trap that can activate at relatively any safe time (most preferably your opponent's end phase).

So running too much mill is extremely counterproductive, as it vastly shortens the deck's staying power in exchange for a bit more explosiveness.

Also I think we are forgetting possibly the best tech in this deck when combined with mass mill:

No point in heavy milling if you can only summon 1 from grave per activated Trap.
The deck needs a LOT of traps, or at least a way to keep reusing them.

I'm fairly certain that if you have 2 of them in your grave and activate 1 trap, both of those in the grave can be revived simultaneously, unless I'm reading them wrong.

In which case they're kinda garbage.

From what ive seen, their wordings match with Kagetokage/Ghostick Specter trigger clauses, and you cant summon 2 or more of them at the same time by their effects....so yea, deck is not that good now

Neither of which mention the new Korean archetype. Your point?

And why wouldn't you still run a rank 3 engine for Dante for even more milling? The Traps take up 12 slots.

someone didnt write in the OP

LOL

Writing is clearly there.

And what deck wants to mill traps? The implication is pretty high here given what was just revealed a few hours ago :/ If it's really that large of a problem I'll edit it in in Size 60 bold font

Dude, don't try to get out of it. For someone who barely glanced on cards or didn't see them, this looks like a mill discussion topic. Yeah, not bringing up the main point of the discussion is kinda stupid. It's like I made a topic about Dante but intending it in Ghostricks or whatever and didn't openly say "Ghostricks" in OP.
