Loli Master Race [Traptrix R4 Turbo / Insect Synchro.dek]

Too lazy to provide a decklist ATM.  if you have a question on a card shown, simply ask and I shall tell.

 

So as of initial testing this deck is either extraordinarily good or RNGesus hates you.  I'm not sure how else to explain it.  There are some neat shenanigans you can pull off, but it all depends on you not bricking, which you can do very easily.  I'm thinking of trying to work in a few floodgates, but I'm not sure which, in what numbers, or what to swap for em.  Mistake couldn't hurt since searching is rather limited in this build.  While it could give rise to some complications, teching in one or 2 isn't awful, since by the time I can actually search I should already have a planter.

 

Some choice explanations:

Bee-tron - I purposely run a lot of continuous stuff in this deck.  Bee-tron lets me pop my dead Chains and Calls, or my extra Sacred Trees or Sanctuaries.  Very good at level 4 spam as you can Bee-tron into Bee-tron into another insect, provided you have the cards to pop.  Really helps abuse the ever living crap out of Myrmeleo too.

Naturia Sacred Tree - does this really need explaining in a Traptrix deck?  It's probably, realistically, the only good way to bring out Nepenthes in defense position so you can actually start pulsing off her effect.  It really opens up a whole universe of shenanigans by tagging the girls in and out.  Everything except Bee-tron, level eater, and Doom Dozer are targets.

Dat Extra Deck - NO WAIT.  I CAN EXPLAIN.  Allow me to introduce those who are not already aware, of the 2.5 card (you just need 1 insect in the grave, which really isn't even a condition for this deck in a addition to the required cards) Insect Synchro OMNI COMBO.

[spoiler the Combo (blessed be to it)]

1. Naturia Sacred Tree is either Set on your field or its effect is ready to go
2. Normal Summon Resonance Insect.
3. Use Sacred Tree to Tutor Resonance Insect for Glow-up Bulb
4. Search Doom Dozer via Resonance Insect's effect.
5. Summon the Dozer you just searched by banishing Resonance Insect and One other insect from your Grave
6. Dump Level Eater via Resonance Insect's effect
7. Eat a Level off Dozer to summon Level Eater
8. Synchro for either Mist Wurm or Trish (whichever the situation calls for)
9. Eat a level off The synchro you chose
10. Summon Bulb via its own effect
11. Tune Glow-up Bulb and The synchro you chose for Cloudcastle
12. Revive The synchro you chose with Cloudcastle's effect
13. Xyz for Enterblathnir
14. Banish another thing.
15. ???
16. Mass removal and keks

Phew, no Floodgate spam in this one XD.

I don't really know the deck that well, but since it doesn't have insane searching (à la Nekroz), you should probably cut the deck down to 40.

-1 Traptrix Trap Hole Nightmare (It's amazing, but you could get away with just running two).
-1 Deep Dark Traphole (match-up dependant, albeit good, and sadly does not negate the eff).

EDIT:

You should also probably try running upstarts (some cards look a bit bricky):
+2 Upstart

-1 Beetron (good card, but can clog, and you need to lower your monster count a little)

-1 Magic Planter (amazing, but only six nonsearchable targets EDIT: forgot Sacred Tree)

Yeah of all the cards in this build, those are probably the two I could cut down on.

 

42 cards has actually been working out decent since this deck can actually run through its stuff very quickly with all the floating you get from sacred tree, the dump power from resonance, and the search / draw power of sanctuary and planter.

 

However streamlining my Hole count may let me squeeze in a Raigeki or a Mistake or two.  I wouldn't risk any other gates besides Mistake.  As stated, while this deck can search, it only has 3 cards (2 copies of each so 6) that can do any searching, and how they search is actually quite limited, so long story short Mistake wouldn't hurt me long enough before I draw a Beetron or a Planter.

 

Idealistically I would either like to run 40 cards, or find room for 1 Raigeki and 2 Mistakes (at MOST.  I may be more comfortable with 1).  Can you (or anyone else for that matter) find some other loose branches to be pruned?

IMO running upstart is not worth it unless you are running 3 and your deck, with said upstarts, is 40 cards.  Plus this deck has a hard enough time killing as it is, and clogs backrow like you wouldn't believe.  Think about it.  You are trying to play Holes to cover every possibility, in addition to running 3 Trees to float ur stuff, CotH for revival, and Fiendish chains.  when you look at it that way, you can rapidly run out of room for your holes.

 

This is why I kinda need planter at 3, and also why I need beetron at at least 2.

 

However I do suppose my monster count could be thinned a tad.  the main contender(s) would probably be -1 Nepenthes and/or -1 Antrax.  Antrax does have some niche use but altogether is the worst one by far.

Ah, alright.

True, I remember playing some Defensive deck (can't remember what it was) and not putting upstarts so that I could beat the opponent faster.

However, I saw someone teching more naturia, along with 1 bamboo shoot for ultimate trolling (searchable via planter on sacred tree.

Yeah, Atrax is probably the worst out of all of them, although honestly, they're all pretty good.

Also, Rafflesia is evil :(!
