I mean if we enjoy whatever I think we should continue, and I'm def fine with that time (Mirei's same timezone cuz twin, so I know this is EST). We need to see what other people have available.

Even sometimes sounds like a good start for the revival. 

 

• When are people available?
• What should we watch? (should we attempt to continue Index 2? Start something completely different?)
• After a few suggestions I can put up a couple of polls (1 for the main finished series or movies, and 1 for just an anticipation poll in case we find another day to try out new s***)
• Should we use the actual club for what the PM used to do? Anyone can follow to receive notifications if they want to join in, and it would give the thread more of a purpose than just the first gathering and occasional other anime talk.

This is unrelated (okay, maybe a little related since we may watch new anime together), but let's just say I'm reducing my definitely watching list for the Summer for reasons (I don't want to watch more than 10 that's airing).

 

With this in mind, I've decided what I'm definitely watching will be these 4,

Active Raid 2nd Season,

Amanchu!,
Cheer Danshi!!,

& Servamp.

 

It doesn't really matter to me if Handa-kun is related to an anime I've already seen (I have watched sequels, but not finished them) and as for Rewrite, I guess I'll just see how the anime fairs first.

How about something with an English dub? You can pick my choice for me (whoever so decides to do so).

I'd just like to point out that I wouldn't be able to watch any sequels to things the club's already watched.

Though that's just me and most of the people who'd be interested probably wouldn't have that problem.

 

I don't know about suggestions, seeing as there's a ton of stuff I need to watch, I could probably be down for a lot of different things.

 

As for availability atm it's more on a day to day basis of how much I need to get done and how I'm feeling, honestly. atm I don't have much of a schedule I need to adhere to.

I was just thinking, wouldn't more people only have the rest of this month a July available and only few people have August available? If that's the case (which it probably), is only once a week per thing going to be good enough to make this work?

I did have a lot I was somewhat interested in (and more than just that), but I suppose I'll bold ones I was really interested in, I just don't think I'll watch much without something like this to bring a bit more to my day.

You guys could totally stream Precure though. Seen Heartcatch but wouldn't mind that again. I want to watch others too but haven't found the internet or time to torrent them down, aside from a few episodes of Mahoutsukai.

We could try every day since once a week we definitely wouldn't be able to watch that much and take a break from the main stuff to watch new anime once a week. That's how I was thinking it could go. I'm not really sure how many people this way could work for, though. We should probably get more replies, if that's possible. You should status it up more, you go getter, you.

Oh me and Mirei's always had the time to go earlier, but no one else seemed willing or able. Except we really should've tried, since Laz was always staying up later than he said he should. iirc(probs wrong tho), 8 PM EST was like, 11 AM for you? So more specifically, when would be ideal? 9 AM? 7? 6?

Say that at least we tried before we got an even remotely concrete schedule and be all like, well, if there's anyone that is available that can actually host it better than we can, there's that, but at least completing 2 50+ ep series 1 episode a day back then was a really awesome achievement.

That's the problem. We tried it out a bit, and it just would not cooperate. Sorry. It was worse than it's ever been, and I just don't know. Unless anyone else can try to host the Yudofu thing. Not ideal for everyone, but I know BGO won't have such a problem even if people lag occasionally, so that seems to be the ideal club revival right now...

First test was worse than ever, second test was better than ever! There were no disconnections for a whole 3 episodes, and that seems really bizarre for our place, I just don't know what we can do. Perhaps we can actually try this out, so maybe we can decide on something to watch for next week or the week after? I know it's not possible just today with nothing fully concrete, but I suppose I'll make a polls of what's already been suggested.

If Mitcher actually can be here, it sounds like we should do something different for the Friday night/Saturday morning day. Perhaps the Summer anime day, or maybe even something else entirely (if he isn't interested in doing this with stuff that's airing).

Yeah there's always been a problem, but the last time we tested it was surprisingly flawless. Though I kind of quit this once when I left YCM for a bit, and it's always been better when Mirei or someone else hosts (which is what happened with that test), so I wonder how much I should be trying to do this myself, since I know Mirei is probably hosting. 

 

Anyway, looking at the poll results, there are three people that wouldn't mind Konosuba, but there are three people that picked Railgun as they're first choice. So unless we want to try both (like we've always been doing 2 at a time before, though I'm not watching Konosuba again), it's Railgun we are deciding on.

We need to decide on an actual time to start if we're even going to do this. I suggest Friday at 10PM-ish EDT/Saturday morning-ish for Mitcher (since he said he was available then-ish) and 8PM-ish every other day.
