Forest Fire Vs Silenth

Forest Fire

So I'm not sure if this would count toward the Leaderboard or not. I guess if you're involved in it would... idk, bring it up with Striker. Any way, with that out of the way, I'm bored; so I made this. Winner gets a rep from the loser, voters get a rep.

Rules:
All Leaderboard SECTION rules apply.
PM the card to me.
Cards due 8/9 10:05 PM EST
First to 3 votes or most by 8/12 10:05 EST
If there are no votes after the deadline, next vote wins.
All voters must elaborate on their votes.
My opponent and I have the right to refuse votes, but must explain why we don't accept it.
Written cards are allowed. (Must be in written format, cards with blank pictures are not acceptable)

Challenge: make a monster that searches cards within an archetype that doesn't have their own searcher

Card A:
WBqhJ05.jpg
You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by Tributing 1 LIGHT Fairy-type monster. When you do: You can add 1 "Melodious" monster from your Deck to your hand. You can only Special Summon "Debussya the Melodious Maestra" once per turn this way. During each player's End Phase: You can Special Summon 1 Level 5 or lower "Melodious" monster from your hand.

Card B:
Infernoid Catyph
Level 1 FIRE
Fiend/Effect
ATK 0/ DEF 0
You can discard this card; add 1 "Infernoid" monster from your Deck to your hand, except "Infernoid Catyph". You can only use this effect of "Infernoid Catyph" once per turn.

Just going for Card A.

Card B didn't even try to be flavorful: it's just a bland ROTA for Infernoids with the shape of a monster which allows it to double as Infernoid Summon fodder.

On the other hand, Card A does more than searching, and the last effect can help Melodious with setting up their infamous lock. Granted, said lock and Melodious playstyle/win condition may be considered as something that shouldn't be further supported, but hey, that's what Melodious do so it should be acceptable. And even if the card would be problematic, at least it has more thought than Card B, and that's enough for me to give it the vote.
