TF2_The_Scout
The card myself and Tinkerer have chose to make is U.A. Superstar Coach. There are no requirements for the card. The winner will receive a rep from the loser on the newest thread he/she has made. Voting will end Saturday, August 15. Any vote must explain their reason for voting the way they did. First version: U.A. Superstar CoachEARTH 9*Warrior/EffectThis card can be Normal Summoned without tribute. You can Special Summon this card (from your Hand) by returning 2 or more U.A. monsters you control to the Hand except "U.A. Superstar Coach". For every monster returned this way, this card gains 1000 ATK. You can only control 1 "U.A. Superstar Coach". You can reduce this card's ATK by 500 to reduce the levels of monsters in your Hand by 1 until the End Phase. You can use this effect of "U.A. Superstar Coach" twice per turn.0/3000 Second version: U.A. Superstar CoachLevel 6Warrior/LightATK: 2400 def: 2300You can special summon this card(from your hand) by returning 1 "U.A." monster you control to hand, except "U.A. Superstar Coach". While this card is face-up, all "U.A." monsters you control gain 300 ATK for each face-up "U.A." monster. If this card is returned to hand by the effect of a "U.A." card: You can discard this card; Draw 1 card.

Flash Flyer - Sakura
Keep in mind that the contest sections are both still bound by the original 24 hour bump.Advanced/Casual are 12 hours, but not here. I'll go ahead and vote here, given that U.A's are one of my current RL decks at the moment (in addition to online things). Card A alleviates some of the problems that U.A. still has; namely their "prone to bricking" if they either don't draw or have in hand: RoTA, Midfielder or Signing Deal. That, or you do not draw Stormforth to alleviate the use of your 5-6 'members like Ace, Slugger and Rebounder. HOWEVER, if you opt to SS it from the hand in their usual matter, it will subtract from your field advantage by taking away 2+ U.A. (though I suppose you can bounce multiple targets that were Fiendish Chain targets or something, but you could already do the same thing, and get 2+ back from SSing other members). By doing so, sure you grant it more power, but also gets rid of your field advantage. If it were 1 or more, then it'd be more flexible to use. But yeah, you can lower the Levels of other U.A. in your hand, so they're easier to summon by draining its ATK, so that kind of helps in case you don't draw Midfielder. That, and being able to be NS'd + still trigger off of Stadium. ----Card B grants a power bonus for every U.A. you have out, although Stadium is usually enough to provide a steady amount of power given the Deck (although extra power is still appreciated). Although if it gets bounced, you can discard it + draw another card (and leave it to Rebounder to recoil later on if you even draw it). Helps get their key cards quicker through drawing + gives them even more power to stomp through things (if you get them out on time), but overall it doesn't do much to help them with their one main problem; drawing any of the cards I listed in card A's review. While card A does break a little bit of the traditional stuff regarding U.A.s and their SSing ability, it is indeed another easily NS'able monster. To be honest, this could have been made a Level 3 or 4, and that would help out the Deck a lot (although DEF would have to be lowered to 1500-2000 or something). Card B grants them a welcome power bonus compounded with Stadium boosts, on top of helping search key draw cards when needed, however remember that it relies on you NSing/opponent's turn SSing Rebounder to revive/chain. That, and it doesn't help with the lack of Level 4 member problem. Both cards are indeed nice for the Deck, but I have to give my vote to A. I thought that "You can special summon this card by returning 1 "UA" monster to hand" was an effect, but evilfusion has informed me that it's a condition. I would fix it, but I think it's too late for that.

Flash Flyer - Sakura
At this point in time, I am going to end the contest.Unless anyone has further questions about the lone vote in here (which is technically mine), card A gets the victory. For future reference, make sure you put a time when contest ends [and the corresponding timezone for conversion reasons].I'm GMT -10:00 (so at this time [9:10 pm], it's likely Sunday, 8/16 for both of you)
