Max_K
THIS CARD CAN BE ACTIVATED IN RESPONSE TO RAIGEKI, MIRROR FORCE, ETC.
ENMaker
Pretty sure it can't be activated in response to Raigeki or Mirror Force because there's no point at which they specifically control them, and this would work similarly to trying to negate them with MST. So what it can do is copy the effect of a continuous spell or trap and have it as a quick-play, which isn't much use given the nature of the effects of most continuous spells and traps. They control a spell when they activate it until it hits the grave. MST doesn't stop effects because only contonuous ones have to stay face-up resolve. Trebuchet MS
Silly, yet funny. You won't be able to save yourself from the one-sided boardwipes that ensue, but you can still try to even the field with said replicated one-sided boardwipe. I'm also assuming this doesn't apply the copy target's activation timings or costs.
