Advanced Crystal Beasts; Is it Enough?

Hello and welcome to a new adventure I've decided to start doing from time to time. I call this "Is it Enough?", and in it, I revamp cards/archtypes/whatever that are generally considered bad and see if it's enough to make it good. Not tier 1, per se, but at the very least playable. I've decided to start this journey off by making 8 brand-new Crystal Beast cards, and I'll talk about them more at the end. So, without further ado:

[spoiler The Advanced Crystal Beasts:]

[spoiler Advanced Crystal Beast Sapphire Pegasus]

LV 4, ATK 1800//DEF 1200, DARK Beast-type

If this card is Summoned: You can place 1 "Crystal Beast" monster from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard face-up in your Spell/Trap card zone as a Contiuous Spell Card.
If this card in a monster zone would be sent from the field to the Graveyard, you can place it face-up on your side of the field as a Continous Spell Card with the following effect, instead.
-If a "Crystal Beast" card in a Spell/Trap Zone you control would be destroyed, besides this one, you can send this card to the Graveyard instead.

During each of your End Phases, change this card to attack position.
During either player's turn: You can target any number of "Crystal Beast" cards you control; destroy them, and if you do, increase this card's ATK and DEF by 1000 for each.
Once per turn, during your opponent's turn: You can Banish 1 "Crystal Beast" card you control or in your Graveyard and target 1 card your opponent controls; shuffle it into the Deck (this is a Quick Effect).
Once per turn: You can Banish all "Crystal Beast" monsters from your Graveyard; shuffle all other cards on the field into the Deck. You cannot attack the turn you activate this effect.
If this card leaves the field: Return all of your Banished "Crystal Beast" monsters to the Graveyard.

Well, there it is. I figured that giving them effects as spells and amping up the effects of the subpar ones was the way to go here. And Rainbow Dragon just needed a complete overhaul in every way. Card's never been good, and now maybe there's a chance. But that's up to you, the reader. Is it enough? Do these 8 cards make a Rainbow Crystal deck usable?

Remember, let me know what you think in the comments, and let me know what you think Konami should show some love and I'll do my best to give them their own segment of "Is it Enough?".
