Also Vic Mignogna (Ed from FMA, Kasuka Heiwajima from DRRR, and Spirit from Soul Eater)
and Michelle Ruff (Anri Sonohara from DRRR, Tsukasa Hiiragi and Minami Iwasaki from Lucky Star, Yuki Nagato from Haruhi) though mostly I know and like her from voicing Jessica from the Lunar game. ^^;

(Also I like all the voice actors in that game as well as the ones in Mass Effect but this is in anime so....)

My favorite seiyuu is probably Hiroaki Hirata. He's voiced Sanji (One Piece), Nanba Mutta (Space Brothers) and Klein (SAO), amongst others.
Kazuya Nakai is also a boss, he voices Zoro (One Piece), Imayoshi (Kuroko's Basketball) and Zapp (Blood Blockade Battlefront).
 
For English, definitely Crispin Freeman and Steven Blum. And for girls I'd say Monica Rial.
