Progenitor
I would try to squeeze in the Ritual Engine with Knight of Dark Dragon. Tutoring REDMD from your deck is no joke.
Synchronized
I would try to squeeze in the Ritual Engine with Knight of Dark Dragon. Tutoring REDMD from your deck is no joke. I tried, trust me I tried. It just doesn't work and leads to far too many slow draws. I wanted to play it, but there's just no space. As it is, I want to find room to play Gorz. The Ritual is good and I'd argue you could build a Deck around it, but in this version, it's just too inconsistent.
Progenitor
You actually have a lot of wasted space. -1 Vanilla Red Eyes-1 Black Stone (with 3 shrine you already are pretty set)-1 BMD (ONLY IF you deside to retry the ritual engine with the space I make)-1MST There. Now you can run 2 Manju, 1 Knight, and 1 Ritual spell. That's all you need. Or squeeze in other stuff like more red eyes spirits or whatever. Also wyvern kinda sucks. Tracer over it like 90% of the time. I think you should have 1 Protector of the shrine. You have 3 Dragon shrines so its not like you will have a hard time dumping one. Wyvern's not great, but it's still a Level 4 that you can Normal Summon and a first-turn Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon if you open well.
Dog King
red eyes spirit is great, run more of it, defo instead return also try kinka byo so you could black stone every turn
ENMaker
Kinka-Byo works fantastically for Black Stone plays. Allows you a free Red-Eyes or you can make Beast-Eyes either. Don't see the point in running 1 MST at all, should swap it out for another Red-Eyes Spirit because that's arguably the best card in the deck. If you're set on running the Veilers it might be half an idea to add in a BLS just because. Running 1 Galaxy Cyclone is another decision I don't get, I'd take it out for either the Spirit or BLS. Return of Red-Eyes is inferior to Spirit and I'd just take it out altogether if I were you.
Synchronized
Personally, I think Return is overall a better card. People opt to play more Spirit but Return is easy to use and has the benefit of allowing you to benefit off an MST play. BLS I could see having a use. Having the Cyclone there lets me get over stuff like Vanity's and other things that can be harmful to the deck.

VCR_CAT
Kinka Byo is good for Black Stone, yes. But you know what else it's fantastic for?Kinka summon; summon Black Metal Dragon; Fusion Summon Beast-Eyes Pendulum Dragon; get search off Black Metal and enjoy your 3K beatstick. It's a practically free play and it's very strong. Beast Eyes doesn't need a Fusion Spell, btw, so this is a one-card combo.Otherwise, you need to focus your deck. You have so many techs and utilities that it looks like it won't be able to do too much consistently. I'm a firm believer that Red Eyes shines best as a Rank 7 deck, and that you should drop the Fusion spell entirely. Seriously; that Summoned Skull will bite you in the butt more than you realize, and the spell isn't that good to begin with.
