Ultradragon16
The head of the U.S development for YGO, Kevin Tewart, claims to have the only copy of the strongest card in the game. But no one knows what it looks like or what it's effect is. Some even doubt the existence of such a card. I'm hear to ask, do you think he's just messing around? or do you think it's true? And if so, what do you think the effect and art is?

LordCowCowCowCowCowCowCowCow
Haven't you guys watched the anime? Obviously he has Blue-Eyes. I don't know why he tore up all but one though, seems a weird choice.

EndUser
"The Master of Yu-Gi-Oh"(ATK 5001/DEF 5001/Level 0/ DIVINE/Divine-Beast)(This card's Level counts as 1 while on the field.) Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. This card can only Be Special Summoned from your hand, Deck, Graveyard or your banished zone if there is at least 1 monster of each of the current top 5 meta decks (min. 3) on your opponent's side of the field face-up, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card's Special Summon cannot be negated. When Special Summoned, cards and effects cannot be activated. During the End Phase: You lose the Duel. You can activate this effect: The effects of all face-up cards on the field (except by itself) are negated, also all face-down monsters on the field are banished, then you can shuffle all cards from your opponents' Graveyard(s) and hand(s) into their Deck(s). If this card attacks, cards and effects cannot be activated until the end of the Damage Step, except by itself. During damage calculation, activate one of these effects:- Increase this card's ATK by the total ATK of all the other monsters on the field.- If this cards attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing damage to the opponents. Battle Damage from that battle is doubled. These effects cannot be negated, and can only be activated once per Match. (This card cannot be used in a Duel.) LordCowCowCowCowCowCowCowCow
I mean let's be real he can literally just have a card that says "You win the duel". Nothing really stopping him from making one. Not saying it's tournament legal or anything but...
~British Soul~
Actually, he could have the only IRL copy of Golden Castle of Stromberg.

I bet it got power-crept a while ago. Haha Haven't you guys watched the anime? Obviously he has Blue-Eyes. I don't know why he tore up all but one though, seems a weird choice. Completely unrelated but I always wondered, if Seto hadn't torn up the 4th Blue-Eyes and you could have more than 3 of 1 monster, what would the fusion have been like
Jord200
It would have just been a four-headed Blue-Eyes, likely two heads on each side, and higher ATK and DEF obviously.

Well yes, but I'd still like to know exactly what its attack would've been and what it would look like... Coincidentally I just happened to make that yesterday
