Like, main strength of Karakuri are their synchro plays, so IMO it's better to simply capitalize on that instead of adding makeshift defenses. Iron Call is an amazing card, extending your synchro plays a lot. You can steal a lot of wins by simply going 2nd and exploding with all your synchros onto the board, so best to capitalize on being able to do that consistently.
