First of all, Yuki Usagi isn't a floodgate.

Second, it's pretty rare (when I use Kozmos) to have more than like 1-2 banished Kozmos (besides when I'm trying to OTK him).

So 3 Lighgtray seems dead/excessive. I'd cut it out altogether, or at the bare minimum, keep 1.

 

Instead of Dark Hole or Torrential, you could use Generation Shift for an OTK by using it during the BP to get the effects off then.

D.D.R would be a better use for the big-beater Kozmos you banish for their later effects.

Gold Sarc + Kozmotown lets you grab stuff instantly.

 

And Fiendish Chain or BTS or cards like that would be good too.

 

Yuki works for Synchros, while everything else can work into Xyz.

 

Ancient Fairy gets off Kozmotown's effects and LP gain, Black Rose (both of them)/Clear Wing are obvious Lv7 Synchro stuff, Psyhemuth (banishing opponent's monsters), Psychic Lifetrancer (LP gain + banishing lets you grab it again with Kozmotown), Scrap/Stardust Spark.

Xyzs can go from R4 staples like Castel/Exciton/otherwise, and then R7 by using Forerunner (Big Eye/Dracossack). Leviair is also an option (2 Famgirl or Yuki or what have you). The Lv5 Machine Slip lets you go Cydra Infinity too.
