Paste/Quote not working

I can't seem to paste anything (including links, video, or anything), or quote anyone. The functions just flat-out don't WORK, including by keyboard shortcut. I click quote and nothing happens whatsoever. I couldn't post a picture of a deck into the topic I made today in the Decks section. Please help.

To be honest, not really sure what the problems is with your account that it's locking you from using paste/quote. 

Does this problem persist on other sites, or just YCM? Do the other BBCode functions work (alignment, color, bold/italics, etc.) or all of the editing tools are shot in your case?

 

Only thing I can really suggest is just type out the links manually, which I know is very tedious.
