Dragons are already pretty fast paced to fill in the Graveyard, to bring in extra bosses with huge ATK, and to banish cards from the Graveyard.Then you give them a Raigeki that burns for extra damage. Which can also float and get back a banished boss. You can even destroy it with another effect after it attacks so the Summoned monster can keep getting damage in and potentially OTK. Definitely not something that Dragons would have without abuse ensured. The other card:Hmm so in response to Tribute and Synchro Summon you can bring out another boss. Which can become a Light and Darkness Dragon that won't bother your other plays and will start being active during the opponent's turn. Plus, it is unaffected by stuff so it can't even be interacted with.I'm sorry but I think nope.
