Was in a rush; too lazy to post Extra Deck list. But you can get a general idea. I'm no D/D expert, but I might as well light the Black signal to help me, or if anyone can fill in for me.

I've built a similar version of this on Devpro, and frankly I've been winning a lot of games by getting D'Arc immediately, and then using Kepler + Hellgate to mixup whatever I need for whatever I want, or depends on the circumstance. The main boon of the deck's troll power lies in the floodgate on/off switch with Mistaken Seal. It might make x3 Mistake a little pushy, but so far I have no had no problems with that yet since I normally keep a strong field with D/D presence all the time.

There are some debatable aspects I know, such as the usefulness of Ragnarok (as in, I don't know how to properly use him that well), and proper S/T ratios for best means of defense. But I'll leave it up to CnC.

I recommend both foolish burial and 141, as accelerants. To be honest, I don't think there is any need for Leonidas now that swirlal makes D'arc so consistent.

One for One is a card I gravely forgot to add. That I will definitely place. Foolish, I might as well test too. Leonidas in my experience has been outclassed by D'Arc and has seen rare circumstance, so I guess it wouldn't hurt to cut him out.
