Some cards are balanced, Trap Envoy- instead of Traps returning to hand, you may just return the cards in your Deck to make it balanced. Also, ATK is too high and with Skill Drain it will be a beatstick. Also, in Envoy of Greed, you must indicate that when you summon this card, you can't perform any other summon. Des Destroyer and Des Destructor can swarm the field in just one turn. You should raise its Level to 5 or 6, or maybe make some restrictions.

But your cards are nice. That's a 7/10

How About for trap Envoy and Spell Envoy, for the negative effect "This effect cannot be negated", for the return effect, they often exceed the hand size limit, so they get sent back to the graveyard anyway, for Envoy of Greed, it has a Nasty negative effect for the card, so it does not need that restriction, for the des set, you forgot another card
