this is a anime card making contest this is what it has

 

rules

1-must be a card of one of the following......

1-dragon ball z/gt/normal

2-naruto

3-bleach

2-must have.....

1-2 spell cards

2-2 trap cards

3-2 monster cards

3-when posting your cards u must also post.......

1-where you got the picture

2-a description of the card

4-if rules are not obeyed then you will not be eligible to particapate

 

prizes

1st gets.....

1-20 points

2-3 reps

 

2nd gets....

1-10 points

2-2 reps

 

3rd gets.....

1-5 points

2-1 rep

 

application

to join you must do the following and have the following......

1-must have been a member since febuary

2-must have at least 2 reps

3-must have at least 20 points

4-to join you must pay entree fee of 10 points

5-obey all rules to join
