Monster Musume no Iru Nichijou/Everyday Life with Monster Girls

Recommended Posts

So the first episodes aired, and it was spot on to the manga. The animation quality is high and the comedy is great (I burst out laughing when she smashed him out of the shop). I especially like how often they animated Kimihito with those blank eyes like in the manga. This is gonna be fun to watch every week.

I'm not really into monster girls, but the 1st episode was good. I liked OP and ED. I might read the manga after anime finishes airing.

It's been a while since I saw a harem MC punch someone. I rewatched that punch 5 times already. That couple deserved it.

Just finished watching the first episode. Been a fan of the Manga for a while, so it was really ncie to hear it getting this.

Overall, from what I see, it follows the manga very faithfully. Well, except for the fact that nipples don't exist. I guess they have to do that, though. Makes me wonder how they'll handle the farm...

I think the first scene with Ms. Smith was changed, though? Just the setting, but it seems it was altered somewhat.

Also, the Ending sequence is awesome. Seeing all of the Secondary girls is nice, and the song is catchy as hell.

The little tidbit at the end explaining the different types of girls is actually really cool. Perhaps we'll see more of the subspecies in the future, even in the manga?

Overall, I'm looking forward to more of this. Especially when they get to Volume 6 and best girl is introduced. Even though she's not in the opening ;~; (Though at least Rachnera is)

Okay, I get the premise of the Lamia, the Harpie, the Centaur, the Spider, the Blob, the Mermaid, the Cyclops, the Patchwork (That's what I might call a Frankenstein), and the Giant, but what is the last monster girl who is an agent? A mummy?

Technically spider > arachne, blob > slime, patchwork > zombie, giant > ogre, and the girl you're wondering about is a shapeshifter.

Something I really like about this series is that it's really good on the slapstick comedy. Kimihito spends just as much time, if not more (probably more), getting injured as having the girls come on to him. And as you've already seen in the first episodes, oftentimes both at the same time.

I've read the current chapters of the manga and I still wondered what I watched when I watched this. And I'm actually thinking what would the world be like if demi-humans actually existed, sure there would be a lot about it or a bit but after a couple of years what would the world be like and would reproduction with them be possible.

Best girl is Lala. Then Rachnera.

Regardless...

And, honestly, only the first few parts border on softcover porn. While most chapters have some nudity in them, it's not really that much of a deal, and a lot of it has been censored in the anime anyway.

Also, just as a side note; I realized Miia really likes eggs. Its the thing we see Protag (which, after rereading the first chapter to confirm some things, is named Kurusu Kimihto, which we NEVER see in the series since everybody calls him something else) making for her en masse here, she is obsessed over onsen eggs...And then I realized snakes commonly eat eggs. There's an excess of attention to detail in this manga, between diets, taste buds, the funking caffene thing...

Just got done watching the first episode and i am not disappointed!  I've been waiting for this ever since i heard it was getting an animation!   This is my favorite type of Echhi anime that balances the comedy with lewd stuff!  Looking forward to see more!

Been following the manga. Was excited at the adaptation. Got even more hyped when I heard the VAs. Hype burst through the roof with the pretty sweet animation.

Eagerly waiting for Suu and Mero to make their debut. Yukio might need to wait for the second season (if at all) considering how late she appears in the manga.

If we consider that Lala isn't in the opening, that means one of:

1.) She isn't appearing in Season 1

2.) Shes going to be used as a surprise in one of the last episodes of season 1 (Which would be odd, when she's in the first and second chapters of Volume 6)

3.) She didn't bother to appear

When you also consider Rachnera appears in the last chapter of volume 3/first chapter of volume 4, we can assume that season 1 will likely cover Until volume 4, which which would be 18 episodes (if 1 episode = 1 chapter, which may not be the case considering Papi and Centura seem to be appeasing in the same episode...), Through Volume 5, which is 22 chapters long, or through volume 6, which is 26. through volume 6 seems a bit long for a single season, and for an anime, 22 seems a LITTLE long, so it's most likely just going to be through Volume 4. This makes sense as well, as it'd give them a buffer for more chapters to come out, as we currently have 34 (at least, 34 translated), which is almost enough for 2 seasons of 18 episodes each; 17 if we combine 2 chapters into a single episode once and a while, like they seem to be doing with episode 2. Considering the manga was released in 2012, and we currently have 34 (translated) chapters, It's not unreasonable to think that, but a hypothetical season 3, the anime and manga would be in the same place. if done at that rate.

OVERANALYZATION

Out of context:

Meet, Sitara. She's just like Miia except green with white hair.

Point is, I saw the first episode, seen girls like this, especially in ToS: DotNW, they are a species of monster. Brings up some interesting things about Lamia's like how can wear panties? Also, The dude may have no control over his hormones, but he tires. And if one monster girl was hard enough, try six. And Smith? That sounds like she belongs in The Matrix. And I thought White Heart was scary, well she is scary, more so than Smith in a bad mood.

Great start, and I bet that laughing couple is on a deserted island confused as to how they got there.
