Toon Bakura Ryo Effect

This monster can't attack the turn it is summoned. If Toon World exists on the field this monster can attack your opponents life points directly. If your opponent has a face up Toon Monster(s) then this monster can only declare an attack on your opponent's Toon Monster(s). If this card inflicts 1000 points of damage to your opponent's life points add one "Millenium Ring" card from your deck to your hand at the cost of half your life points.

 

Toon Yami Bakura Effect

This monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This monster can only be Special Summoned by sacrificing a "Toon Bakura Ryo" equipped with a "Millenium Ring" card while Toon World is on the field.If Toon World exists on the field this monster can attack your opponents life points directly. If your opponent has a face up Toon Monster(s) then this monster can only declare an attack on your opponent's Toon Monster(s). If Toon World is destroyed then destroy this card.Once per turn during your Main Phase if a "Millenium Ring" card exists in your Graveyard you may add it to your hand by discarding a card from your hand to the Graveyard. If this monster is destroyed as a result of battle shuffle it into your deck. If a face up Fiend type monster exists on your side of the field this monster can't be selected as an attack target.

nice cards for Bakura, i give them a 7/10. you should add a diabound card (i think that was it's name).

ahhhh yami bakura is overpowered

 

can attack directly

discard a card to get back ring

if destroyed by battle sent back to the deck instead of the graveyard

and cann't be targeted if a fiend is on the field

 

other than that nice set overall 6.2/10

 

diabound is a nice idea
