joeray741
Desc:Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by Tributing 3 monsters, while you control "Toon World". Cannot attack the turn it is Special Summoned. You must pay 500 LP to declare an attack with this monster. If "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, destroy this card. Can attack your opponent directly, unless they control a Toon monster, in which case this card must target a Toon monster for its attacks.
Sander
Worthless. You need to go -3 for a beater that cannot even attack on the same turn when its Summoned. Look at cards like Toon Gemini Elf / Toon Mermaid. Cards like that are what make the Deck, along with the new field spell actually decent, as they allow you to poke for damage without having to worry about their removal, thanks to Kingdom. This, however, as I said before, offers you nothing but a glorified, piece of fat cardboard that sets you back hard. If it were to have another effect (outside from its summoning condition + copy paste toon clause), then the investment into Summoning this might be considered not to slow your momentum down to a grinding halt. Flash Flyer - Sakura
As Xander already mentioned, this card is dead-weight in Toons. At best, it requires 3 Tributes (monsters that you could be using to direct attack already without needing to make this), and certainly offers nothing more than a simple 4K beater. That, and you must have Toon World out (although this point is somewhat circumvented by the addition of Kingdom). It's already weak to common forms of effect removal, not to mention Toon World's destruction itself. While yes, this is a Toon version of Cyber End; sheer power will not get this card anywhere. You could give it Cyber End's piercing effect, so there's actually a reason to make this. That, or you can remove the summon lock (although this will violate the flavor that Toon monsters have, so I'd advise not to do this one.) -----In all, if this were to be made into an actual card, it wouldn't be seeing play with only a 4K ATK stat; especially limited to Toons. That, and generally speaking, Toons retain the original Attribute of their source monster. CyDra is LIGHT, so this should be as well.
Trebuchet MS
Oh, by the way, you don't Normal Summon/Set any Extra Deck monsters, thus making the whole "Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set" sentence redundant.
