When this card remains Face up on the field, your opponent can only activate monster effect once in each turn. Once per turn, when your opponent special summon a monster, you can banish that monster until the End Phase. You only can control one Face up "Light Dragon Supreme L.D.S" on your field.

If this card remains Face up on the field, your opponent cannot set any Monster card. Once per turn, if your opponent activate a Monster effect, you can negate the activation and banish that card. You can use this effect during your opponent's turn. You only can control one Face up "Dark Doom Dragon  D.D.D" on your field.
