[spoiler=Effect:]This card's name becomes "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" and "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" while it is face-up or in the Graveyard. Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summon (from your Hand) by banishing 1 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" from your Hand or Graveyard and cannot be summoned by other ways. When this card destroys a monster as a result of battle: inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of the destroyed monster.

Based of the 2016 design for BEWD while placing its lore from the original into the form of a effect.

Overall I like it. I just think maybe it should have an effect that should help out its tuners as well. As for treating itself as blue eyes and ultimate dragon, I'm not sure how I feel about it treating itself as TWO monsters at the same time. My version would be like:

This cards name is always treated as "Blue-Eyes White Dragon". Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Can only be Special Summoned by banishing 1 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" your hand or graveyard. Once per turn, you can reveal 1 "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" from your extra Deck; send 1 monster from your deck to the graveyard and this cards name becomes the revealed monsters' until the End Phase. If this card destroys an opponents monster by battle, inflict damage to them equal to its ATK.

The piercing effect I didn't really care for as if I really wanted that I would've just thrown in Rider of the Storm Winds and it just made it feel like another Ancient Gear Golem. Overall though, I really enjoy the card. I would've just changed minor things.

8/10

PS. Thank you for choosing my avatar. :)

Well the Blue-Eyes Ultimate part is so its viable with Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon. Plus the piercing effect is also meant to combo its other effect in terms of making sure your opponent takes as much damage as possible.

e.g. attack a Dark Magician that's in DEF inflicting 900 piercing damage then its other effect kicks in dealing another 2500 for a total of 3600 damage in one attack.

Considering the fact that this card also deals piercing damage; that's going to amount to quite a lot in only one attack.

Basically piercing combined with Flame Wingman's effect.

I'd say choose one or the other, but definitely not both.

Otherwise, if you keep both, lower the damage on the ATK burn to half.

-----

While yes, you do need to banish a Blue-Eyes from somewhere (even in your hand, should it come); Ravine just got unbanned, so you could certainly just dump a BEWD from Deck into the Graveyard, then SS this.

It does give you another reason to play Shining Dragon, since you need Ultimate to even bring it out (but yeah, that's pushing it a bit).

-----

It is Castel / removal-weak, yes, but in the long run, this card's going to be dealing out more damage than it should be.

Opponent plays a Defense Position monster; this card kills it, and not only do they take the piercing, but also the ATK burn.

This needs to be toned down a bit; no doubt about it.

Concept is fine, but like I noted earlier, choose one or the other. Having both is asking for trouble.

In consideration to your advise I decided to remove piercing as the Flame Wingman effect will be an always guarantee on damage in most cases.
