(GigaDrillBreaker)
I mean, this card isn't terrible. A slow PWWB that works under a Denko (and can then be used to remove said denko) is kinda nifty. Maybe use as a side tech in BA to combat the Denko Nekroz brings in game two? I dunno, I just woke up. evilfusion
This is reminding me of Dark Core vs Karma Cut. Phoenix Wing has the advantage of being a Trap. And the downsides of being a Trap. And the advantage of hitting any card, not just monsters. Ultimately, I'd say this card is just outclassed.

ihop
It's not hard for BA to out Denko, all they need is a Cir or Graff to summon Barbar and it's out of the way. It doesn't get rid of floodgates and it's not responsive, if I really wanted to out Denko I'd play Dark Hole/Raigeki/Smashing Ground/Dark Core over this because this also lets you get Denko'd next turn too. AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
*adds to dark world deck*Why. OT: Oh hey, this hits face-down monsters whereas Dark Core doesn't. Otherwise, Dark Core pretty much does this card's job better. Well, it's a Caius vs. Raiza thing: Caius is usually better, but Raiza can trip up Draw Phases (except in this case this also hits face-downs, which is sorta kinda useful considering Falco/whatevs). Sure, there are Spells that kill monsters for free, but this/Core are NDR, so there's that.
