Simping For Hina
Make it 1RR just to piss off every other player who doesn't like red.
heraldry_lord
Make it 1RR just to piss off every other player who doesn't like red. lol On a serious note, what do you think of the card?
Simping For Hina
I think that it is strong and powerful. Could compete for Red card value, and might even be Jace, in a sense, for Modern. The second ability is completely relevant in grindy games that are just on the board.
Trebuchet MS
Really powerful in comparison to the other 4-mana Chandras we've had. Turnly free bolts are already pretty cool, and it just gets better from there. Maybe make the cost 3RR?

It's true that this is by far the most powerful 4-mana Chandra, but I don't want to risk over-costing her.
