Funny thing is, when I took a quiz long ago for "what is your district?" my result was district 3.

You're correct (barring any unforseen interruptions on my part), since while I probably over estimated the needed window to give everyone a chance to respond if there were issues, there's still people who (to my knowledge) have yet to check in
