Flash Flyer - Sakura
Card A requires that you have no monsters/hand (and of course, this being your only Pendulum), but in return, you can steal your opponent's monster and treat it as a Pendulum. In most cases, you'd likely be going for the higher Level monsters, as stealing a Level 4 or something isn't going to be helpful anytime soon. Against boss monsters, this can be rather helpful but aside from perhaps Infernoids and some other ED-light Decks, this likely won't see too much use given the use of the ED. For the most part, you'd probably be sticking with the secondary effect of altering the scales. Indeed, it can be rather helpful for expanding the amount of monsters you are capable of P-Summoning, or the inverse for the opponent (lowering their options). -------- Card B just summons another copy of a monster of your choosing. Frankly speaking, this card does have the capacity to set up an instant Xyz, if not bring out a high Level monster out of nowhere for not much cost (assuming you do have a high-Level). That, and its Type is missing so hard to say what sort of Deck this could be run in. -------- I suppose I'll be giving my vote to A this time, basically on the premise that it supports Pendulum-oriented Decks (even if the conditions are somewhat sketchy to pull off for the first effect). Card B doesn't really do much to help them out, and more/less falls on the lines of being Xyz setup fodder and other things.

Northern Sage
So, Card B lacks a type. Kind of hard to judge properly like that.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Striker, please try to find out card B's type from whomever it belongs to. Otherwise, it will indeed be difficult for other members to judge.
Nathanael D. Striker
It may be a minor error, but the tournament cannot be delayed much longer; therefore, lightdiversion wins by forfeit. I waited as long as I could for Card B to be fixed, but I can't wait much longer
