Attribute switching already isn't that fantastic of an effect; it doesn't need any additional nerfing. The rest looks A-OKAY to me, though. All you had to do is put for the first effect "While you control no face-up Trap Cards, all monsters your opponent controls........." And BOOM it would have been complete done deal. All you had to do is put for the first effect "While you control no face-up Trap Cards, all monsters your opponent controls........." And BOOM it would have been complete done deal. It still has Light Imprisoning Mirror tho, though for only a turn.
