1 Tuner Synchro Monster + 1 or more non-Tuner Synchro Monsters
During either player's turn, when your opponent would Special Summon a monster(s): You can Tribute this card; negate the Special Summon, and if you do, destroy that monster(s). During the End Phase, if this effect was activated this turn (and was not negated): You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. If this card is destroyed by battle or if this face-up card you control leaves the field by an opponent's card effect and is still in your possession: You can Special Summon 1 Level 8 or lower "Warrior" Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck. (This is treated as a Synchro Summon.)

It would have been nice if they went all out and made it so that it banished the negated Summon.... or maybe that'd just be too cruel.

The card definitely has potential, and I for one welcome Accel Synchro into the game.

 

Your opponent pretty much has to 101 it in order for it not to float, and that could be a lot of work depending on how much the scenario can allow Stardust Warrior to react.

 

That is in theory at least.

I'm guilty of having taken it down before without fully reading it.... *shrugs*

It's really a shame that it can only negate inherent summons. This card would have an edge over Chron if it was more like warning instead of blackhorn

Once per turn warning+dodging power for way less setup than Quasar would put it on the bit too good side I'd say.
