My body is so, so ready. Truth be told i am a gigantic fallout fanboy.

From just a cursory glance of the terrain, i'm guessing that this is the southern midwest. New set of power armor too, an it looks pimptastic. Very excited for this.

It's definitely Boston.

And we're shipping out ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

kek. yeah im not good with landmarks so i just went by the apparant flatness of shit. had no idea bethesda went to boston a few years ago either.

as someone who lives in the tri state area, it gives me a little bit of perverse pleasure to see boston blown to shit. downside, it'd be cooler if i got to play fallout in my own back yard instead.

Judging from the fact I can see areas from Fallout 3 (Megaton entrance, that one town on top of a highway, Tenpenny Tower, Washington Monument) and other areas that we've never seen before, It could be that we see Boston and D.C in game. I also think it could be close simply because of the vault numbering (111) in proximity with Vault 101's numbering.

Oh well, I recently completed New Vegas ( Sierra Madre is stupid) so this is definitely something I can get my teeth into.

Also, the power armor looks like a a mix of Enclave Hellfire and the original (Not T-51b) Brotherhood Armor.

But what went down in New Vegas in the following years I wonder.

The "Washington Monument" is actually the Bunker Hill Monument, another obelisk-shaped memorial that is in Boston, while "Megaton" is a new location called Diamond City, located inside of Boston's most famous baseball stadium, Fenway Park.

I'm really looking forward to Fallout 4, even if I don't have a PS4. I've been a huge fan of Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas (let's skip the fact that I'm 16 lol x3) and I've played both of them, even my daddy did. My mom loved the games as well, haha, I know, my parents are a bit weird, but believe me, they have a great taste in videogames.

Anyways - from what I've seen at the Gamescom 2015 (a videogame convention in Germany) and on YouTue/the internet it looks great and I really hope Bethesda worked on the problems I had with FO 3 and NV, like the boring Sierra Madre quest. There were a few things that made it worth it, but srsly, it was so stupid and it made me freak out like ten times, haha. I really hope they bring out a few DLC's that make the gameplay even better, because some of the Fallout DLC's were great, like Mothership Zeta and Operation Anchorage or Old World Blues.
