Well, if I've interpreted you correctly;

Minimize all windows.

Press "Prt Sc" on your keyboard.

Open MS Paint.

Press Ctrl + V.

Finally, press Ctrl + S.

Upload to Photobucket or w/e else.

If you mean how to upload pictures, then:

-Save it wherever you want

-Go to tinypic.com (that's what I use but can also use other sites like photobucket)

-Upload the file

-Get the IMG code

-Paste it in your sig

-Finished!
