The goal of the deck is to abuse the interactions between Dark Magician, its various support cards, and Elemental HERO Prisma.

It's Turbo in that you get a 2500 ATK monster out on turn 1. Sorry if misunderstood the meaning of the term, it's been a while. :/

 

Oh, man. I didn't even know The Eye of Titamus got a card! That's really cool, actually. I'll add it in. Thanks a ton.

A Turbo deck expends all its resources into swarming and Agro'ing the field as fast as possible without yielding to anything in the deck that slows it down or is not immediately useful like the bazillion traps you are running or the amount of monsters necessary to Normal Summon off the bat to get it to work. Just trying to get 1 Summoned Dark Magician off the bat isn't good enough for a "Turbo". The Chaos add-on doesn't help that much either.

 

If you wanted a true, fast Dark Magician turbo, I would get rid of all the traps and reconsider on a new strategy, because Monk -> Skilled Dark Magician or Prisma is not good enough. If Skilled Magician is your thing, I recommend the Bamboo Sword Engine (x3 Cursed Bamboo + x3 Golden Bamboo Sword), or the Chicken Race Engine (x3 Chicken Race + x2-3 Pseudo Space + 2 Terraforming). Both do an amazing job plusing and getting resources quickly while amping Magician. I can't really see true consistency in your deck from the looks of it if you're running stuff like Doomstar or Breaker

 

I've also created my own Dark Magician Turbo, but I've found it all to be most useful with Pendulums, since you can plus very well and can dominate the field with multiple Magicians and some Odd-Eyes/Magician Support thrown in as well. Fusion Conscription in addition to the Pendulums is also a nice add on as well.  I probably have a link to the decklist in my sig if you want to check it out.

 

For general recommendations, Eternal Soul and Eye of Timaeus are definitely cards you should not cut out in a Dark Magician deck. Turbo deck or not, place abut x2-3 of each in, and cut dumb stuff out like Gagagashield (Forbidden Lance is always better and is Monk fodder), or the Chaos monsters since you don't need them.
