1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
Any monster sent from the hand or Main Deck to the Graveyard is banished instead. During either player's turn, when a Spell Card, Trap Card or monster effect is activated: You can Tribute this card; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can add 1 Ritual Monster or 1 Ritual Spell Card from your Deck to your hand.

Putting aside its interaction with Necloth Kaleidoscope and Unicore, I think this deserved better stats, at least 2000 DEF or maybe 1800. It has a floodgate effect that punishes discarding and milling, forces the opponent to remove it through battle or waste an effect, and finally that cute effect that support Rituals and in a way its archetype (Heralds). Except that with such low stats it is so easy to run over and thus its first 2 effects barely disrupt the opponent beyond delaying his/her MP1 plays. With 1800+ DEF, at least it wouldn't die by battle to most Normal Summoned monsters, exerting more pressure on the opponent, and would have been a more solid option for the Synchro4 pool in my opinion, even if you are not running Ritual cards to pick.Or maybe giving it low stats was a fair call and I don't realize it because I rarely see this card being actually Summoned; I don't know.

Anyway, discuss this card's uses outside of Necloths, because I think most, if not all, of us already know how this works with them. For instance, I once saw a cute play of Mathman --> mill Glow-Up --> make this and then pick a Ritual card later on.

I lost to Yang Zing on the bubble at nats because he kept making this guy in response to my El-Fusions and maths and stuff with the one that means it can't be destroyed in battle, so that's definitely a notable use.

oh and it's good in Nekroz

Yeah, Chiwen + Bi'an making this is a huge cockblock for the opponent. Really hard to get rid of this in that scenario.

Also sometimes I wonder how hilarious it would be if you ran Nekroz of Clausolas/Nekroz Cycle/Djinn in Yang Zings. You can consistently make this to search Claus up.

There's also the fact that this + Suanni/Rai-Oh makes Lavalval Chain, which is the perfect setup since you detach Herald and dump Djinn.

Problem being that playing Xyzs conflicts with the point of Creation, which you'll want up a lot of the time.

I mean you can do that pre-Creation or something, idk. I'm not really saying it's optimal, just saying it's a posibility. Plus you won't ALWAYS have Creation up.

Ehhhhh...haven't seen that much. Exciton is about as much of XYZ as YZ get

What you can do though is:
Jiatou
Activate for Bixi + Suanii
Make Arc Light with Jiatou + Bixi
Overlay for Chain with Suanii + Arc
Detach Arc to send Djinn
(Self explanatory from there)

As Klav said, not super optimal, but super troll? Hell yeah

Sounds like you're setting yourself back even more than Nekroz set themselves back when Djinn locking, and you're not even backed up by a Nekroz deck if the lock's broken. Not to mention that requires opening a good hand which you're normally better off doing more productive things with.

On the topic of teching rituals into deck to use this, you can give YZ access to Nek Trish. Search a Trish and a Brio suing this guy's effect twice (easy enough) Pitch Brio for Claus, pitch Claus for Mirror, Mirror Banish Claus and Brio.
