Vote for which of the E4 members you like most. Disclaimer so no one complains. I see Lance as more a Champion, as he was only a common E4 member for a short time. He is part of the four strongest trainers before you meet the champion! He was the Champion except for the, idk, day that Blue was Champion. Plus he's the Champion in Johto. Basically there was a short time frame when he was a regular member of the Elite Four. And besides that maybe one single day he was the Champion. And he kept that title for years. He may be the champion of Elite Four, but not the "Champion" of the game/anime, like Cynthia or Wallace or Steven! He has always been the top Elite Four member. Never gone above that in the Kanto region. HE NEER WAS CHAMPION. BEFORE BLUE, THERE WAS ONLY ELITE FOUR!!!! And maybe an unknown Champion. But Lance never was Champion. I understand your decision, and I can see how people will believe that, but your facts are wrong.
