During your Main Phase, except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; add 1 "Red-Eyes" Spell/Trap Card from your Deck to your hand.

So those are certainly a huge boost to Red-Eyes decks. Hieratic engine was already speculated as being great, and those just reinforce it. Thing is, which one do you think should be ran? Deck certainly doesn't have space for both. Lord of the Red has more raw power in both the monster itself and the ritual - you can tribute double Hieratics as materials and summon 2 things for Xyz/Synchro, or you can summon Lord for free by banishing leftover Red-Eyes from grave. Knight meanwhile adds a lot of consistency, letting you summon REDRUM right off the bat and start doing things and Ritual then digs for Spirit/Return/whatever.

Thoughts?
