Well, it's going to be relatively obvious who made each card; given that card B does have its creator info showing.

But nonetheless, I'm going to treat this as if card B did have its creator info hidden.

----

Card A is definitely Aromage support, and can probably see it spamming itself every turn.

Although bearing that in mind, I haven't gotten familiar with the Deck yet; but don't think Aromages can really do much with this card aside from again, boosting LP and respawning this again.

You can probably use it to Tribute Summon Bergamot or something, but that's it.

----

Card B has the capacity to SS another copy of itself, but WHERE are you summoning this from? Hand, Deck, Graveyard, banished zone?

On that note, it does have a rather high DEF for a Level 1 monster without negative effects (yeah, D.D. Trainer has 2000 DEF, but he's Vanilla).

And we have the Machine Emperors, but they're already Nomi and all that other business.

Also bear in mind that this card can essentially make 3-mat R1s in a single turn (or provide fodder to make quick Synchros or fulfill Tribute conditions for certain monsters).

Remember that the "once per turn" string applies only to that card while face-up on the field. It does not account for any new copies that get summoned, nor if the monster is re-summoned.

Although it does make Rank 1 summoning easier, but not many Decks use them nowadays.

----

Card A gets it due to synergy with Aromages (it qualifies for their support cards, assuming Aroma is written in katakana like the rest of them).

Card B is nice and all, but I have some doubts about its effect; especially when it's unclear where the card is to be summoned; and the possibility of being used as Tribute fodder for other monsters that don't need Tribute Summoning to bring out.
