Flash Flyer - Sakura
Card A helps to facilitate higher Level Synchro Summons, or can set up for a Rank 1 if resources permit. Or you can use this to mess up your opponent's ones; or their Xyz. There's a few options this card can take. ---- Card B has that CyDra clause on it, and floats another copy of itself (although it becomes DARK). Although this card has the side effect of forcing you to pop a card if you either add a card to your hand (including drawing) or SS anything. Personally, I don't see the point in forcing you to destroy one of your own cards just by drawing or SSing [unless you really need to set off a floater and all that stuff]. There's probably something I'm missing here, but even if I did, not sure how this would work out. ---- I'm voting card A due to its usability in helping with Synchro (or Xyz) and other stuff. VampireofDarkness
Card A is really asking for trouble. Did I mention that ROTA can fetch this? There is a lot of room for abuse with it, particularly with Synchrons, and can range up to a 2 card Quasar. Junk Synchron in particular makes me frightened of this card. I can go into more detail into this if needed, but really this is just plain bad design. Card B is very interesting because of the existence of Emergency Teleport. I can see this going into something like Plant Synchro for a quick Non Tuner, possibly as an interesting Tengu that can lead to very unique Synchro plays. It also has some things to be careful about that sort of balance it, but also open up to other strange things. It's an odd card, but a really nice odd card. Card B gets my vote for not only balance, but for the aspect it brings for its assumed use.

Premier Alexander Romanov
...Yeah, that's a no to Lancer. The maker is either unfamiliar with a Quasar Deck or knows exactly what they need. This thing can be 141'd AND RotA'd, and only needs a Tuner to Special Summon from the DECK. No cost, save for a hard OPT! And, it increases the Level of ANY monster by up to 2, so you can use this to not only Synchro Summon, but refuel a monster that's been Level Eater'd multiple times! Plus, there isn't really any flavor here, as Level Warrior at least had the ability to be Special Summoned as different Levels. This...I guess it just pokes people with its lance to give them more Levels? Regardless, I downvote Card A. As for Antecedent, the flavor of this monster, a neutrally-charged particle attempting to create balance, is very well thought-out. It can be Special Summoned via Emergency Teleport, and makes a useful piece of Synchro fodder or Xyz Material in a Rank 1 Deck, without having a too ludicrous Summoning condition. Furthermore, it gives an interesting destruction ability that allows for the player to chain the destruction of one of their own cards to one of your opponent's actions, opening up some creative plays, such as Special Summoning a Meklord in a Mystic Piper-esque Deck. I really like Card B, and I'm giving it my vote.
