If your opponent activates a card or the effect of a card while you control this Synchro Summoned monster, you can: Banish this card; Negate the activation and the effect of that card and destroy it. While this card is banished by its own effect and your opponent activates a card or the effect of a card with the same name as the card or effect you negated, you can: Special Summon this card.

First off, you might want to clarify what "Effect" it is looking for for the second part.  I figured it out, but it took a second to understand.  Additionally, I think this card is a little slow for this format, and I can only really see this working against certain decks that need a certain card multiple times to work (bear/tenki in FFs, brio in nekroz, etc.)  What I'd probably do is make it so that you negate the first effect, and then get to special beetle back if your opponent activates again.  That way you have the chance ofthis coming back, rather than your opponent activating tenki and then never activating another one because they don't want you negating it and bringing it back.  This gives them the choice of "do I want my card or do I want a 2500 beater off the field?"

that's a good idea but then when it's SS'd by its own effect it will be able to negate something again and that's a problem. I think if I make it so it can activate its negation effect only if it's synchro summoned it will fix that problem though.
