LordCowCowCowCowCowCowCowCow
Hmm. I'm wondering if they won't make a sequel to X and Y instead of Z. Seeing as they didn't do a third game for B/W. It might be their trying to make that the new norm. I could be totally wrong but it is a thought that came to mind. Flame Dragon
I should remind you all that this game has nothing to do with the release schedule of mainline Pokémon games. The Mystery Dungeon games are developed by Chunsoft, not Game Freak, and just tend to release every 2-3 years since the original released in Japan in '05. We're still not likely to get any main game, but it's not because of this thing. Game Freak was working on both ORAS and Smash Bros for 3DS last year, and this year they've already released a mobile game and Tempo the Badass Elephant will be coming out for PS4, XBO, and PC. Probably just got too much on their palette. But I bet they're just taking their time because they want to get Mega Flygon into Z :> While this is true, it seems counter productive to release both Mystery Dungeon and a main series game at the same time. So this coming out at the end of the year makes it see unlikely that they'll put out another pokemon game in that same time frame.I actually forgot about the Badass Elephant being a thing. That would certainly contribute to them not being able to get out a game this year.

So it wouldn't surprise me if we get the announcement of a home console Pokémon game at E3. Perhaps either Pokken Fighters or a Stadium/Colosseum/Battle Revolution sort of thing. Pokken, because we know it exists, or perhaps the Pikachu detective thing. If they announce a new game at E3, I don't expect to see it until around March 2016, with Japan getting it around November of this year. Basing that mainly on how Colosseum was announced and released. Maybe it'll be faster now considering how the handheld games have WW releases now. Battle Revolution also got revealed a day before the Nintendo presser in 2006 and wasn't released in the US until June of 2007.

Even going by the Japanese release its April and September respectively. Platinum came out in March of 2009 so that doesn't really conflict either.XY came out October 2013 and Rumble U came out in April 2013 in Japan and end of August in the other regions. It conflicted a bit in the other regions but it is a smaller game so isn't as much of an issue. And really, if you add in all the smaller games your going to find SOME overlap. So many Pokemon games. Plus just being Pokemon games doesn't inherently cause conflict. PokePark, to my knowledge, is a smaller game and on a totally different system than Rangers. IMO the games that need to be the most careful about releases are the main games, rangers games, and mystery dungeon games since those are all larger games on the same system.ANYWAYI wouldn't be shocked to see an English showing for Pokken. As you said its a known quantity and while we've seen nothing on an English release the fan base seems pretty hyped for it so we should get it. Agro
Yeah, that's fair. I noticed that too as I was looking at the games after that. There were even times when main games had releases in the same year alongside other games and there was still overlap. Just didn't go back to check on HGSS. However, I don't necessarily consider Ranger or Mystery Dungeon to be large games. At least not on the same level of the main series and especially seeing as they aren't made by Game Freak. Though I suppose it could be possible that we end up getting Z in like March of next year, that'd be weird.

But in terms of content Rangers and Mystery Dungeon are a step above say Shuffle or PokePark for example.I am curious when the 3rd game will come out too. If you look at the Japanese release the vast majority of the games came out in the fall so that would be my first guess since thats just general trend. Given the recent gap between announcement and release we can expect like 6 months between them so its safe to say we won't see it till next year at this point. Blake
Definitely expecting a Re:FRLG reveal for next year, at this point. things in favor of Re:FRLG -Phys/Spec needed -Now it's non-canon/alternate canon thanks to Zinnia confirming that XY/ORAS are not the same timeline as Gens 1-5, which opens the door to more remakes -The Pokemon Lab event in japan -Nostalgia hype -Sequels/3rds tend to come out two years after OG, but no main series game this year -Origins -The Mega Evolution specials: http://36.media.tumblr.com/91ba68143a6c905147df3eecc6acba73/tumblr_nlh9lbHhku1rs3b4oo1_500.png (last one premiers in Japan this fall) Against it: -it has a remake already, so it would be the first of its kind I'd say any of these on their own don't sell it, but there's a lot in favor for remakes of Kanto. Yosuke-kun
More Bloodborne stuff o-o Something like an upcoming DLC maybe. Otherwise: Nothing on FExSMT New info on FE if More hush hush on KH3 or another "here's an hd remake while you wait" type thing. MGS Phantom Pain's cancellation (hoping this doesn't happen) More stuff about how Konami doesn't want to live anymore. New IP from Nintendo. Somethong on Scalebound. Either gameplay or another trailer, probably the former. Possibly something about Kojima. Like if he's starting his own company or working for Square Enix or Nintendo or something EDIT: Forgot to add that I want more info on P5 too. For example, when could NA people expect to get it? (It's pretty much guarenteed that EU will get it a year after NA)

Phantom Roxas
We're not going to hear anything about the NX this year, and frankly, I'm happy with that. I'd like them to focus more on the Wii U before jumping to the NX. Hopefully they finally get around to letting people use multiple GamePads. Phantom Roxas
I know, but for those who may have broken or lost their GamePad, selling GamePads separately could provide people with potential replacements.
Thar
So it turns out that Red Dead Redemption and Bully both might be getting sequels. Not sure if that's true or not, but it was said that news on those would be revealed at E3. Please, for the love of fuck, let this be true.
