goodfusion
How about Super Transformation so you can summon Lancephorynchus and remove an opponent's monster at the same time?
Spinny
How about Super Transformation so you can summon Lancephorynchus and remove an opponent's monster at the same time? Wow i didnt even think of that. Umm. Seems like a cool combo but not sure on consistency/efficiency. Although would be cool to have more ways to mess the opponent up during their turn. Spinny
So... what is the synergy here..? Like, why would you use these together? All the other ninja monster suck. This build focus's in on the decent ones that you can use. Hanzo - This is obvious Upstart - Gets Hanzo Out Phoenix bird dude - Pushes for games and messes around with the opponent, sometimes putting them in locks. So now you have a way to spam the ones worth using and they have ok synergy with the archetype itself, I.e Supertransformation into Lancephorphynchus. Bringerofcake
I was told a d/d/d engine worked better here, mostly because you have covenants to do a better job of getting your pieces

But testing both wouldn't hurt.
(GigaDrillBreaker)
My Ninja build makes use of Volcanics as a draw engine. Upstart discarding BAR is incredible.

Spinny
Ive added a D/D/D build. But it cant be used for TCG like the first one can.
(GigaDrillBreaker)
The D/D/D build leaves a lot to be desired. The moment you get a copy of Hellgate, may it be through Kepler or naturally drawing it, every single copy in your deck becomes absolutely useless. And after you have gotten your scales together, that first covenent is useless as well. Additionally, you will often be stuck with a Kepler on field, which cannot be used as fusion material like it would in a dedicated deck. To be perfectly honest, I think DDDs are a bad pick for an engine, but my best idea to improve it would be to include a 1-of Covenant of the Valkyrie. It becomes a searchable fodder for Upstart Golden Ninja, and lets you continue to squeeze advantage out of Hellgate after your scales are set. But yeah, thanks for input.
